Molly wanted to make cupcakes today, so we found a recipe. They are supposed to be rainbow cupcakes but the store only had neon food coloring gels. So Molly called them Nickelodeon Cupcakes. You just use a regular white cake mix with the normal directions but, you add a cup of sour cream to make the batter thicker. Separate the batter into bowls and mix gel food coloring into it. Spoon into cups a color at a time then bake as directed. It was easy, peasy, and fun...Deut. 6:5 says, " Love the Lord your God with all of your heart and with all of your soul and with all of your strength." Sometimes I forget that God really longs for my love and heart the most. More than what I say, or do, or a list of rules. He longs for me to love Him not out of duty or obligation but just because He is worthy of love. There is abundant joy in God's presence. He is thrilling and enjoyable. I was created to love and enjoy Him forever.
