Run,Run, Everybody Movin'

Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us...Let us fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of out faith...This year Kris and I signed up to run the Dallas White Rock in December to raise money for World Vision to build wells in Africa.  There was a group from our church that ran.  So we started training in August and have continued somewhat...Today Kris is running the Warrior Dash, it is an obstacle course with fire, mud, climbing walls and with every entry the runner is issued a viking hat...See the last pic...
We use the Run Keeper app on our phone to track our distance, Kris uses it for time, I just try to finish alive...and we have Exercise playlists on our ipod from Shape magazine...I like the Motown list...it has been a great hobby for us
